Enchilada Stuffed Manicotti

1lb Ground Beef
1 pkg Manicotti Pasta
1 Can Enchilada Sauce
1 Can Refried Beans
Dash Onion Powder
Dash Basil
Dash Oregano
1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Cook Pasta according to package directions and drain. Cook beef until no longer pink and drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, seasonings, cheese and beans. Fill each Manicotti tube with the mixture and place into an 11x7x2 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
